anup.biswas@puc.ac.bd, biswasctg@gmail.comAnup Kumar Biswas has been serving as a faculty in the Department of Law, Premier University, Chattogram since July 2006. He has completed his LL.B. (Honors) and LL.M. degree from Faculty of Law, University of Chittagong. He has been awarded M.Phil Degree in 2020 from University of Chittagong. He has been pursuing PhD on Prevention of Money Laundering in the University of Chittagong. He is an enrolled Advocate of the Bangladesh Bar Council (member of Chittagong District Bar Association since 2006). He is also member of Chittagong Income Tax Bar Association since 2006. He is sincerely engaged in research on topics relating to Child Rights, Juvenile Justice, Violence against Women and contemporary legal issues. Being a member of the Program Self-Assessment Committee (PSAC) for the Department of Law, he is devoted to educational and institutional development.
