About

This is Surina Tarzid. I have been working as a law teacher and legal researcher since 2011. The areas of my interest cover ‘prisoners' rights and prison rehabilitation from the human rights perspective’.  Apart from this, student ‘advising and counseling’ is a regular part of my business. Similarly, I maintain the basic operations and policy implementation in academic software (PUAIS).

1. Participated in a three-day long Teachers Training Programme on International Humanitarian Law organized by Faculty of Law, University of Chittagong & International Committee of the Red Cross held at Hotel Lords Inn, Chittagong from 3-5 July, 2012.
2. Participated in a day-long capacity-building workshop on Challenges of Political Violence and Militarization of Law Enforcement Agencies: A Way Forward for Human Rights Defender, organized by Law Life Culture at Caritas, Chittagong on 23^rd February 2013.
